"The bowl is fine. The service and return/refund only to a gift card is very backwards in todays world! Ordered June 2nd received early August. Had I known the delay I would have passed and ordered directly from Le Creuset and received it within 10 days. Multiple emails with no answers. Finally had to call to find out what was going on. Was told early July delivery. Nope. You have 7 days to return it for a store credit only. Again NO sorry but will never do business with this place again. The bowl is too small so instead of spending more money with this company; I will gift it to a friend with a small dog. Will not recommend doing business with this outfit ever."
