Trade Program Terms and Conditions

Once eligible, and subject to the general terms and conditions, members of the program will receive a discount on merchandise purchased at all Must Société Group (G2MC Inc.) stores: Must Société, Maison Corbeil, Jardin de Ville, La Galerie Du Meuble, and Ligne Roset. The Trade Program and its terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company. The rights and rewards granted under the program are non-transferable. The member thus agrees to demonstrate their involvement in each transaction in which they use their rights and rewards. Making a transaction using a program membership number implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.


Membership

  • The Member is the only person authorized to make purchases using his/her account number.
  • It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that all information provided in the application form is correct and to notify Must Société Group of any changes in his/her contact information.
  • Employees of the Must Société Group are not eligible for membership.
  • Must Société Group reserves the right to review and terminate a Member’s eligibility if the Company believes, in its sole discretion, that the Member has violated the Terms and Conditions. Company may discontinue program at any time and at Company’s sole discretion.

 

 

Discount:

Registered Members are entitled to a discount based on their total delivered purchase volume across all Must Société Group stores (Must Société, Maison Corbeil, La Galerie du Meuble and Jardin de Ville):

 

Level A — $400,000+
Regular pricing: 22%
Promotional pricing: 22%

 

Level B — $100,000 to $399,999
Regular pricing: 20%
Promotional pricing: 20%

 

Level C — $0 to $99,999
Regular pricing: 15%
Promotional pricing: 7%

 

The Trade Program offer is determined based on the volume of purchases invoiced and delivered by the designer during a defined annual period (two years). This offer is valid in-store upon presentation of a Trade Program membership card or ID. The Member can also apply to take advantage of the offer on our e-commerce websites (mustsociete.com). Offer is non-negotiable. It cannot be combined with any other offers or coupons, nor exchanged for cash. No price adjustments on previous purchases. The discount does not apply to purchases made before joining the program. Offer may be revised or cancelled at any time.

Certain exclusions apply:

  • Delivery fees;
  • Installation services;
  • Protection plans
  • Gift cards;
  • Ligne Roset: sale products on promotion or on sale.

Must Société Group reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Trade Program discount at any time and at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be posted online at https://mustsociete.com/pages/trade-program-terms-and-conditions. Merchandise eligible for the discount is priced in Canadian dollars, and the corresponding discount is calculated in Canadian dollars.

 

 

Discount at participating partners:

Registered Members receive a 15% discount at the following in-store partner retailers: Shadings, Moretti, La Bottega Nicastro, La Bête à Pain, Prune les fleurs, .Café, Clarke Café and Fleur Pastel.

This offer is valid upon presentation of a Trade Program membership card. Offer may be revised or cancelled at any time and is non-negotiable. Discount may be used only at points of sale in our stores. Please see retailer restrictions below:

  • La Bête à Pain: Wine and beer to go.
  • Shadings: The card must be shown at the start of the meeting process with the sales representative, no exceptions will be made. The card cannot be combined with other current offers. If there are offers, the discount or additional rebate becomes 5%. Cannot be applied quotes or invoices already in progress.
  • Prune les Fleurs: Sale products, flowers and plants
  • Clarke Café: Beer cans and merchandise (sweatshirts, t-shirts, ciele caps)

Terms of sale

 

 

Commission

  • Registered Members can receive their exclusive discount in the form of commission.
  • This request must be communicated in-store when creating the sales contract.
  • The Member can transfer the total discount from the sales contract to commission.
  • Members who opt for commission payment will receive a confirmation of the amount to be invoiced when the order is fully paid and ready to ship. (S)he will be asked to submit an official invoice, accompanied by a specimen check, payable by direct deposit within 30 days, to the care of: Must Société Group (G2MC inc.), 1616 Autoroute 440, Laval, QC.
  • No commission can be earned on orders placed through our brands’ e-commerce websites.

 


Communication and Privacy

    • Must Société Group may contact Members directly regarding changes to the Trade Program.
    • Trade Program Members can opt in to receive emails for marketing purposes. Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
