Can I redeem a gift card online?


Currently, our gift cards can only be used for purchases made in-store.

 

 

 

 

How can I purchase a gift card?


You can purchase our gift cards online and at any of our stores. They are available in denominations of $ 100, $ 500 and $ 1000.

 

 

 

How do I exchange or return a purchase online?


To begin the return process, please contact customer service within 7 (seven) days of receiving your products so that we may assist you. Please note that we may ask you for pictures of the product(s) you wish to return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

 

 

 

What is your Return Policy?


You have 7 (seven) days from the day you recieve your merchandise to initiate a return. Please note we do not offer refunds - exchange or store credit only.  Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

 

 

 

What is the distribution center pick-up process?


You will receive an email confirmation or a phone call once your order is available for pick-up at our distribution center. The original receipt or order confirmation email is required at the time of pick-up. Please make sure to arrive with a vehicle of sufficient size to securely transport the merchandise in its original packaging. How can I track my package?


Orders shipped via Nationex will generate a tracking number that you will receive by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with in home delivery selected will be contacted to schedule a delivery date. 

 

 

 

When will my order ship?


In stock items will ship automatically within 48-72 hours. Pre-order items will ship once they have arrived to our distribution center.

 

 

 

Which shipping methods are available?


Must Société offers various delivery services for online orders nation wide. Shipping methods and fees  are determined based on the product dimensions, weight and delivery postal code. Available options for delivery will be presented to you in your shopping cart during the checkout process. For more details on shipping options, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery.

 

 

 

How do I use a promotional code?


Once you’ve selected products to order, click the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select View Cart. Enter your code in the Promotional Code field in the order summary, and click Apply Code.

 

 

 

What are the accepted methods of payment?


Must Société accepts most major credit cards issued in Canada, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept any other payment methods online at this time. Financing options are also availbale via Flexiti and Affirm. 

 

 

 

I haven’t received any confirmation of my order. Should I be worried?


If you do not receive an email confirmation regarding your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

 

 

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my online order?


Changes or cancelations cannot be made once an order has shipped.  If your order has not shipped you may cancel it within 3 (three) days of purchase, with the exception of products marked "final sale”.  Where applicable, the total amount of the order will be refunded. After this time, all costs incurred in relation to the order must be paid to Groupe Home Société Inc.
