6.6 Prizes/Winners. By participating in this contest, each participant acknowledges that the Partners will not be obligated, under any circumstances, to award more prizes than the number of prizes available, as established in the official contest rules. In the event that, for any reason (including errors, malfunctions, or defects in the design, promotion, management, implementation, or administration of the contest, whether mechanical, electronic, human, or otherwise), the number of declared winners or the number of prizes claimed by participants exceeds the number of prizes available, the Partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to partially or fully terminate the contest without notice, subject only to the prior approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required, in the province of Quebec, and to award the appropriate number of prizes among the appropriate number of winners, selected in accordance with the contest rules from eligible entries validly submitted before the end of the contest.

6.7 The Partners assume no responsibility of any kind in cases where their inability to act results from circumstances beyond their control or from a strike, lockout, or any other labor dispute in their establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to conduct this contest. They reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest in whole or in part, for any reason or circumstance, including, but not limited to, an event beyond their control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or normal operation of the contest, such as a virus, computer bug, or unauthorized human intervention, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec in the province of Quebec.

6.8 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the Partners to broadcast, publish, and otherwise use their name, photograph, image, contest-related statement, or any prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

6.9 By participating in this contest or attempting to participate, each participant and/or alleged participant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless, forever, the Partners, as well as their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, or other representatives (collectively, the "indemnified") from any claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, warranty, indemnity, contract, or liability of any kind arising from or related to participation in the contest or the participant's attempt to participate, compliance or non-compliance with these contest rules, or the acceptance and use of the prize. The indemnified parties will not be liable for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries or for any failure of the contest website during the contest period, or for any technical malfunction or other problems with telephone lines, online computer systems, servers, access providers, equipment, or software, or for any other technical or congestion problems on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, and will not be liable for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from or related to the participation or attempted participation of that person or any other person in this contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws, and if such an attempt occurs, the Partners reserve the right to seek remedies or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including through criminal prosecution.

6.10 No communication or correspondence related to the contest will be exchanged with participants, except with those participants selected as potential prize winners.
