It’s ok to change your mind! If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged or defective, we would be more than happy to make it up to you.
To make a return or exchange, simply reach out to our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. A member of our team will respond with the information you need to coordinate your return.
Strict isn’t really our style. Products purchased online may be returned free of charge at our stores or our distribution centres. A fee that’s equivalent to shipping rates will be applied for products returned by mail or through our delivery service.
We pack your items as carefully as we would pack our own in order to avoid any damage during shipping. Please hold onto all labels and return unwanted items in their original packaging.
All products must be returned or exchanged in their original condition—unused, unmodified and unwashed (like new).
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged: made-to-measure or customized products, products marked as “final sale,” mattresses, duvets, bedding, pillows and cushions.
Likewise, returns and exchanges don’t apply to products signed for “as is” following pickup or installation by one of our experts.
MUST Société reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange which do not conform to our policy.
Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue a refund within 7 working days. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or other payment method used to make the purchase, minus the delivery fees (where applicable).
In the unlikely event that your product is defective, we will gladly cover the cost of the return. If the defective product cannot be replaced and was the only item in your original order, we’ll also refund the delivery fees of your original order.
As soon as your refund has been processed, we will notify you by email. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.
Second-guessing your purchase? You can make changes to your order by contacting our customer service department, as long as it’s before you receive your shipping-confirmation email.
Products are covered for one year by the manufacturer’s warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to standard household use of the product and does not cover any defects resulting from negligence, any incident that causes damage, nor atypical or commercial use.
Make sure to hold onto your original purchase receipt, since you’ll need it to make any claims under the warranty. Also, please note that you cannot transfer the warranty if you resell the product.
