our stores are closed for an indefinite period of time. for an indefinite period of time. While we will miss hanging out with you in our stores, you can continue to shop our pieces of furniture and accessories online at

We will continue to offer certain services in order to meet our clients’ needs, including customer service, product pickup and home delivery.

All of our delivery services, including our white-glove service, which includes assembly and installation, are still available with additional steps implemented to ensure strict sanitary conditions. We are offering free standard shipping (without installation) on all purchases over $300 before taxes. Additional fees may apply for certain areas.

We have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our warehouse and delivery staff, as well as our customers. They consist, among other things, of a daily health check, increased hygiene protocol, reduced operating hours, and a contactless delivery procedure. Please note that the application of these measures could cause exceptional delays for our delivery service.

We kindly ask that you maintain a distance of at least two metres from our staff at all times, and that you have your own pen on hand to sign the delivery slip.



Pickup is now available but limited to our distribution centres in Laval, Quebec City and at the Home Société store in Toronto. The reduced hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Additional sanitary measures have been put in place to provide a safe working and shopping environment, such as increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of door handles, as well as the addition of several containers of hand sanitizer, available to our customers and employees. Full payment for every order will be required when customers are contacted by phone.


Returns & Exchanges

Return requests can be made up to two weeks following the reopening of our stores. As such, we encourage our customers to return any items at a later date. For all other requests, please contact our customer service department.
